Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems.
Sort, label, and file documents according to predetermined classification systems.
Ensure all documents are accurately labeled and stored in the correct location for easy retrieval.
Retrieve documents upon request and deliver them to appropriate personnel.
Perform periodic audits to ensure files are up-to-date and in compliance with organizational policies.
Scan and digitize paper documents to create electronic records.
Assist with document retrieval during audits, legal proceedings, or other special projects.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Provide administrative support such as photocopying, shredding, and data entry as needed.
Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a tidy and efficient workspace.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in a clerical or administrative role preferred.
Proficiency in using office equipment such as scanners, photocopiers, and fax machines.
Familiarity with document management software and electronic filing systems.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Discretion and respect for confidentiality.
Physical ability to lift and move boxes of documents as required.
