Position:  Recruiter – $15.85/HR

Job Summary:
Organize and execute various recruiting initiatives to sufficiently staff the theme park.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for developing, organizing, and executing recruiting programs

Responsible for organizing and implementing seasonal job fairs

Facilitate and attend high school and university hiring events

Implementation of the seasonal recruiting strategy for seasonal applicants

Track and analyze statistical employment information and trends to help in recruitment efforts

Assist in the onboarding of seasonal employees

Assist the Recruiting and Retention Supervisor with other initiatives

Assist with other duties, as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

Must be 18 years or older

One to two years of theme park experience preferred

Recruiting experience preferred

Excellent organizational, verbal, and writtencommunication skills

Friendly, energetic, self-motivating working attitude

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products

Desire to help Six Flags surpass its missions and goals

Willingness to workflexible hourswhich will include weekends and/or evenings

Developed organizational skills

Adhere to Six Flags St. Louis grooming policies

High School Diploma or equivalent
