We are seeking a highly organized and detail-orientedRecruiting Coordinator to support the recruiting efforts for Voloridge Investment Management and Voloridge Health
. This role is essential in coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and ensuring a seamless scheduling process. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and has strong administrative and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Interview Coordination & Scheduling

Schedule and coordinate interviews for multiple candidates across various roles, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and interviewers

Manage multiple hiring calendars, coordinate availability, and confirm interview details with candidates and hiring managers

Arrange in-person, video, and panel interviews, including coordinating travel logistics if necessary

Provide timely updates to recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates regarding scheduling changes or confirmations

Candidate & Hiring Team Communication

Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates during the interview process, ensuring a smooth and professional experience

Send interview confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups to candidates and hiring teams

Assist in managing communication between recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to keep processes moving efficiently

Recruitment Support & Administrative Tasks

Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data integrity and compliance

Assist with job postings, resume reviews, and initial screening when needed

Support career fairs, campus recruiting events, and internal hiring initiatives by managing logistics and scheduling

Handle confidential and sensitive candidate information with discretion and professionalism

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)

1-3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, scheduling, or administrative support

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders

Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Skills and Previous

Experience:

Experience supporting high-volume recruiting or corporate talent acquisition teams

Familiarity with Linked In Recruiter, Fetcher, or other candidate sourcing platforms

Prior experience coordinating executive-level interviews

Knowledge of HR and recruitment compliance best practices
