The Role:

Temporary contract 4th March 2024 – 28th June 2024.

Managing a busy inbox and ensuring appropriate email prioritisation and organisation.

Providing administrative support including, inductions, onboarding and adhoc projects.

Coordination of multiple onsite assessment days and all associated administration tasks.

Collating feedback from event attendees to drivecontinuous improvement.

Providing reports on elements of the recruitment process.

About You:

Experience in a similar role such as Recruitment Administrator/Coordinator, or previous PA experience in afast-paced environment.

Ability to confidently manage inboxes and event diaries, prioritising effectively.

Proven experience in adaptable to change and able to work under pressure.

Collaborationwith the team to deliver on objectives.

Exceptional customer service skills.

Package:

Up to ÂŁ14 per hour.

Temporary contract 4th March 2024 – 28th June 2024.

Weekly pay.

Holiday pay accrual.
