City Solutions Center is looking for Recruitment Service Executive and the ideal position is responsible for leading Recruitment Administration services within the HR Shared Services Centre, ensuring efficient, standardized, and high-quality recruitment support across all group companies. The role manages service delivery, process improvement, stakeholder relationships, team capability, and compliance while supporting the organization's talent acquisition objectives.
Key Responsibilities;
• Manage end-to-end recruitment administration processes for all assigned business units.
• Oversee recruitment administration activities.
• Ensure recruitment services are delivered accurately and within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Monitor daily recruitment operations to ensure timely completion of recruitment activities.
• Resolve complex recruitment administration issues and escalations.
• Assist with data projects and other duties as needed.
• Build strong relationships with HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers, and sector companies.
• Conduct regular service review meetings with stakeholders.
• Gather customer feedback and identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
• Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Support HR digital transformation initiatives.
• Drive AI and automation initiatives to improve recruitment administration efficiency.
• Strengthen data quality and governance within recruitment systems.
Key Requirements;
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of recruitment or HR operations experience.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Demonstrated ability to source candidates using a variety of methods including social media
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Advanced Excel, PowerPoint)
• Professional HR certifications are an advantage.
