Job Description

Position Summary:This position will be responsible for facilitating the completion of work assigned to the reporting function. This position requires an individual who has a strong desire to work with data to create meaningful reports. In this role, you will organize data related to management reports, Production reports, customer reports, audit requests etc. To be successful, a strong attention to detail is required along with strong MS Excel, Power BI, Tableau skills to ensure accuracy and high-quality outputs and that help facilitate better decision making.Responsibilities:

Responsible for facilitating the creation and distribution of periodic reports

Effectively work with administrative and operational personnel

Assists in the preparation of management reporting for customers

Works to identify and implement process improvements to current position

Responsible for the facilitation of reconciliation of items that are out of standard of expected results

Provide exceptional customer care (both internal and external) in a manner that satisfies the individual needs of each customer and builds loyalty to the client

Maintain confidentiality of all customer and employee information

Respond positively to feedback and redirection

Fully utilize systems, tools, training, and resources provided to maximize potential

Assist other departments as needed

Qualifications

Qualifications Education: Bachelors in any stream.Experience: 3-4 years’ increasingly responsible experience in related areasKnowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Experienced reporting specialist with 3-4 years expertise.

Strong knowledge of reporting tools like excel, power BI and Tableau.

Has working knowledge of real estate lending criteria and federal, state, and agency compliance

Can multi-task and manage time efficiently

Has strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and basic Microsoft Office skills

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong verbal and written communications skills.

Highly adaptive and open to changes as the organization grows and its needs evolv
