Job Summary

As an Administrative Trainee, you will be introduced to various administrative tasks and responsibilities within the organization. This position is designed to provide hands-on training and exposure to different aspects of office operations.

Responsibilities

Assist with answering and directing phone calls using proper phone etiquette
Support office staff with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
Provide customer service to clients and visitors in a professional manner
Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars
Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
Learn and assist with various administrative functions to gain a comprehensive understanding of office operations

Qualifications

Proficiency in using office equipment and basic computer applications
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Bilingual proficiency is a plus
Interest in pursuing a career in administration or related field
Previous experience in customer service or as a medical receptionist is advantageous
