Job Summary
- Responsible in servicing and maintaining accounts of high net worth clients. Assists the Relationship Managers with tasks and projects being undertaken.
How will you contribute?
- RM Support: Handles daily operations and projects to free up the Relationship Manager for strategic growth.
- Client Service: Delivers personalized, ""extra-mile"" service to high-net-worth clients to maintain trust and protect AUM.
- Portfolio Monitoring: Tracks investments, loans, and maturities daily; executes client instructions for rollovers, bookings, and withdrawals.
- Compliance & Admin: Ensures 100% accuracy in documentation for account openings and investments in strict compliance with KYC, AMLA, and BSP regulations.
- Internal Liaison: Coordinates seamlessly across bank departments and corporate affiliates to fulfill client needs.
What will make you successful?
- College Graduate of any Business course
- Working knowledge of banking operations and policies
- At least three (3) years experience in investment banking
