Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize company files, records, and documentation
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications (email, calls, memos)
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating calendars
  • Prepare reports, letters, and other administrative documents
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies and materials
  • Encode and maintain accurate data in spreadsheets or company systems
  • Coordinate with different departments for internal requests and support
  • Provide general clerical and administrative support as needed

Job Requirements

  • Graduate of any 4-year course or equivalent
  • With or without experience (experience is an advantage)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and can work with minimal supervision
