Responsibilities
- Manage and organize company files, records, and documentation
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications (email, calls, memos)
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating calendars
- Prepare reports, letters, and other administrative documents
- Monitor and replenish office supplies and materials
- Encode and maintain accurate data in spreadsheets or company systems
- Coordinate with different departments for internal requests and support
- Provide general clerical and administrative support as needed
Job Requirements
- Graduate of any 4-year course or equivalent
- With or without experience (experience is an advantage)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and can work with minimal supervision
