We are seeking candidates for the position of Rental Applications Administrator located in Guelph, Ontario for a 6-month contract.

Job Description

, professional and fun environment? Our Rental Applications Administrators are responsible for providing administrative support to Skyline’s business operations. Working as an integral component of the Skyline team, this position assists business operations through follow up, research, and analysis of rental applications, and field staff enquiries. The Rental Applications Administrator also provides general administrative support to the Business Operations Supervisor and Administrators as required.

What we look for:

Willingness to

take ownership of tenant concerns and take the appropriate steps to resolve them Knowledgeable in database management and strong data entry skills.

Understanding of residential property management or real estate.

Working knowledge of Yardi is an asset.

Excellent verbal and written

communication skills

in English.

Able to be proactive with good

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with an enthusiasm for working with the public

Superior

multi-tasking

and organizational skills while remaining detail oriented.

Minimum 2 years post-secondary

education

or 2 years equivalent workplace experience. High School Diploma or equivalent required.
