Role Description

The Research Assistant / Project Assistant provides administrative and project coordination support across research and operational initiatives. This role assists with organizing project activities, maintaining documentation, and supporting the timely execution of assigned tasks. The position works closely with team members to coordinate schedules, monitor project progress, and ensure that deliverables are completed efficiently and accurately.

Key responsibilities include collecting and organizing research materials, compiling data and information from various sources, preparing reports and project documentation, and maintaining records in a clear and structured manner. The role also supports project planning by tracking timelines, coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and following up on action items.

The Research Assistant / Project Assistant helps facilitate communication among internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring that updates and important information are shared effectively.
