Full-Time Resident Assistant
Responsibilities:
Assists in maintaining a healthful, safe environment.
Keeps the resident in constant eye contact during the entire assigned shift.
Monitors resident behavior and communicates to nursing as needed.
Provides non-medical personal care and light housekeeping.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Ability to work independently or as part of a group.
Computer knowledge.
Previous long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
