Job Purpose

The Sales Admin is responsible for supporting the Sales Team in daily administrative, documentation, reporting, and coordination activities to ensure smooth sales operations, accurate order processing, and efficient communication between sales, customers and finance.

Sales Coordination & Communication

  • Act as a link between Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, Finance, and Customers
  • Follow up on order status, delivery schedules, and stock availability
  • Handle customer inquiries related to orders, pricing, and delivery
  • Support Sales Team in coordinating with key accounts and distributors

Reporting & Data Management

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
  • Maintain and update sales database, customer master data
  • Support management with reports and analysis when required

Administrative Support

  • Support Sales Manager in scheduling meetings
  • Maintain sales tools, price lists, and promotional materials
  • Assist in organizing sales events, campaigns, and trade activities
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and audit requirements
