Prepare purchase and sales agreements Prepare and maintain all purchase files Track customer interactions in the company’s CRM Participate in Sales Meetings Receive and direct incoming telephone calls in a courteous, professional and timely manner Other duties as directed and assigned Your strengths include: 2+ years of experience as a Sales Administrator or Sales Coordinator Experience using various CRM systems, preferably Hub Spot Excellent verbal and written
communication skills
