Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Ho Chi Minh City or Danang, Vietnam, for a Sales Administrator specializing in Import & Export.
The Sales Administrator will manage and process customer orders, ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment, maintain detailed sales records, and provide exceptional support to clients. The role involves close coordination with teams within the company and external stakeholders to oversee shipping schedules, documentation, and compliance with export-import regulations. Additionally, the individual will assist in executing administrative tasks to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills, including the ability to interact with diverse clients and partners.
- Proficiency in Order Processing and familiarity with handling import/export documentation and logistics.
- Experience in Sales and Administrative Assistance roles, with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in office and order management software (e.g., MS Office, CRM systems).
- Familiarity with global trade practices and export regulations is a plus.
- Proven ability to work efficiently in an on-site team-based environment.
- Proficiency in English; communication skills of Chinese is an advantage with additional payroll.
