Thank you for your interest in Power Quip! The Sales Clerk position is for an individual with skills, knowledge, and experience in the areas listed below. This is a multi-tasking position. The primary duties will include processing paperwork, maintaining files, assisting with inventory data, maintaining a tidy workspace, assisting co-workers, ensuring the accuracy of data and info, and helping create a positive and professional customer experience.
Applicants should be extremely thorough, possess excellent communication skills, and have some background in customer service. Power Quip Inc. offers Health Insurance plans, 401(k), PTO, and other benefits.
Responsibilities
Finalize deals and submit for funding
Maintain complete and accurate files and data
Assist Sales Team with forms, filing, etc.
Assist with Purchase Orders and Receiving
Follow up with customers as necessary
Qualifications
Very thorough and detailed
History of being deadline-driven and extremely organized
Technologically savvy; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs and filing systems with the ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues
Display excellent written, problem-solving, and verbal communication skills
Compensation
This is currently a part-time hourly position 3-days/week (M-W-F).
$22,000 – $26,000 yearly
