Sales and Administrative Coordinator

A leading transportation and storage company located in Miami, FL, is seeking adynamicSales Coordinator tojoin our team. This role requires a versatile individual with experience in sales, proficiency in Quick Books, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, and excellent computing skills.

Responsibilities:

Support the sales team in generating leads, preparing sales documents, and following up with clients

Assist in the creation and maintenance of sales reports, forecasts, and databases using Microsoft Excel

Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information regarding pricing, services, and availability

Coordinate with accounting department to process sales orders, invoices, and payments using Quick Books

Perform general office duties, including filing, scanning, and data entry

Utilize computing skills to troubleshoot technical issues and provide support to team members as needed

Qualifications/Requirements:

Previous experience in sales and administrative support roles (required) (Technical Formation is Preferred)

Proficiency in Quick Books for invoicing and financial management

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Organizational andmultitaskingabilities

Fluent in English and Spanish (Required)

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy

Starting Salary: $19

SALARY REVIEWAFTER 3 MONTHS BASED ON PERFORMANCE

MEDICAL INSURANCE AND 401K AFTER 6 MONTHS
