Role Description

We are hiring a full-time on-site Sales Manager to join our team at our Ball ground, GA location. Responsibilities include developing and managing strategic sales plans, fostering strong relationships with new and existing customers, and driving revenue growth in alignment with company goals. The Sales Manager will oversee sales team operations, analyze market trends, and create strategies to expand our presence in the automotive performance industry. This role also involves frequent collaboration with internal teams and contributing to ensuring an extraordinary customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales management, creating sales strategies, and meeting revenue targets
  • Strong knowledge of the automotive or motorsports industry and high-performance vehicle technology
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software to track and analyze sales data effectively
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team to achieve performance objectives
  • Strategic thinking capabilities and market research expertise for identifying opportunities and trends
  • Availability to work onsite in Ball ground, GA, and willingness to travel as needed
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience) preferred
  • Experience working with high-performance automotive products is a plus
