Position

Purpose:

As the Sales Office Coordinator eph of the Pines, you will be the vital link between our future residents, current community, and sales team—ensuring a warm, organized, and seamless transition into our community. This role is instrumental in upholding our mission and creating a welcoming, supportive environment that aligns with our Sanctuary Values.

What You Will Do:

Serve as the primary point of contact for depositors, managing move-in logistics and paperwork

Coordinate resident move-ins, from walkthroughs and punch lists to welcome packets and scheduling

Support the sales team with CRM updates, reports, and event planning

Maintain inventory lists, marketing calendars, office supply orders, and guest accommodations

Answer phones, greet guests, and provide top-tier customer service

Assist with advertising, direct mail, and community communication

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

3–5 years of experience in office coordination, preferably in senior living or long-term care

Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office

Exceptional customer service, communication, and multitasking skills

Self-directed, team-oriented, and highly organized

Experience with older adult populations a plus
