** Responsibilities**:
– Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing client inquiries, preparing sales proposals, and coordinating sales activities.
– Assist in the preparation of sales reports, presentations, and sales materials.
– Handle client inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses.
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations and
customer satisfaction
.
– Maintain client databases and update customer records.
– Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
– Assist in the coordination and organization of sales events and exhibitions.
– Support the sales team in achieving their targets and objectives.
** Requirements**:
– Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales Support administration.
– Proficient in Mandarin for effective
communication
with Mandarin-speaking clients.
– Strong organizational and administrative skills.
– Excellent verbal and written
communication skills
in English.
– Proactive and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
