Monday-Thursday 8.30am-5.00pm Friday 8.00am-4.30pm

Payrate: £11.50 per hour

Responsibilities:

Being directly responsible to the internal sales manager.

Taking responsibility over the sale and order process of our range of products.

Providing both technical and sales support to our distributors, merchants, OEM’s, our end users, and the company sales managers.

Undertaking the accurate input of data.

Enabling the accurate preparation of the processing of sales orders from customers via telephone, fax, email.

Provide a level of customer service that is first class.

Administration and processing of sales returns and customer credit.

Requirements:

A competent knowledge and previous experience in Navision/SAP.

Previous Administration expereince is required.
