The position shall be in-charge of discharging all administrative and ministry support roles in the Satellite which includes but not limited to finance (tithe collection and reporting, fixed and expendable assets mgt., petty cash disbursement and monitoring), admin, HR and facilities management (venue, logistics, rent, repairs, third-party mgt, controls and compliance and billings), purchasing and inventory (PR, PO, NPR, AFR, CAJF); ensuring communications and alignment with CCF Main policies, procedures and programs, discipleship management and providing assistance to Pastor/ Satellite Overseer, Dgroup Leaders, ministry volunteers, etc. to ensure effective satellite operations and resolution of issues and concerns, if any.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Bachelor degree holder
Excellent written and oral communication
Excellent process analytical skills
Working knowledge in MS Excel and MS Word
Proficient in MS Office applications
Good organizational skills and attention to details
Independent thinker and can work without constant supervision
Must be a Bible believing Christian
