We are currently looking for a motivated Scale Clerk to join our team in Lévis, Quebec. As a Scale Clerk, you will be responsible for tracking material receipts and shipments. You will be required to weigh materials, produce scale tickets, and respond appropriately to customers.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming customers and providing courteous service upon arrival
- Weighing trucks and entering information into the system
- Preparing delivery slips and shipping documents in the software
- Answering phone calls and redirecting requests as needed
- Following up on material shipments and producing required reports
- Performing general office tasks (opening customer accounts, filing, invoicing, etc.)
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar position (an asset)
- Good command of the MS Office suite
- Organized, responsible, autonomous, and resourceful
- Ability to work efficiently as part of a team
