What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Supervise direct care staff and ensure adequate staffing to meet residents' care needs
- Communicate associate schedules and manage changes in resident/client needs effectively
- Operate and maintain corporate scheduling and billing systems according to guidelines
- Complete daily billing and ensure compliance with state and SOX regulations
- Maintain positive relationships with co-workers, residents, and community personnel
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
- One year of experience working with older adults or in a related healthcare setting preferred
- Ability to make decisions using limited independent judgment based on established guidelines
- Knowledge of PCs, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and interact with co-workers, residents, and vendors

- Experience in a healthcare setting, particularly with older adults
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle issues independently when necessary
- Familiarity with billing practices and compliance regulations in healthcare
