Full-time, Temporary to Hire, Monday-Friday 10am-2pm

It’s with a company that services elevators. You’ll play a vital role in supporting the office manager and staff in scheduling services, responding to emails and connecting with clients.
It’s a temporary-to-hire job, the team you’ll work with is close-knit, and you’ll receive hands-on training.
Perfect for anyone who is a team player, good with computers and has an eye for detail.
Part-time Scheduling Assistant Duties:
Communicate effectively with customers via the phone and email and other team members in the office
Send email templates to customers
Schedule customers service
Keep a clean and organized workspace
Part-time Scheduling Assistant Requirements:
2+ years of working in an office setting
1+ years of scheduling experience (strongly preferred)
Proficient with Outlook and Excel (do not need to understand how to create formulas)
Ability to type 40WPM
Ability to switch gears quickly and learn and adapt
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 10:00am-2:00pm (may be an option for a different shift time for the right candidate)
Pay:
$20-$21/hr. depending on experience
