As a scheduling coordinator you'll play an important role in the success of the organization by using your attention to detail as you template healthcare provider schedules, and coordinate a clean and efficient office.

About The Role

You'll be the first person people interact with when they come to the administrative office. Your kindness will help create a welcoming environment, and you'll use your customer service and problem-solving skills as you interact with staff and visitors. Responsibilities include:

  • Template provider schedules and support coverage planning for providers' time off
  • Coordinate provider payroll by working with provider supervisors to gather and submit information
  • Coordinate administrative support needs, including ordering supplies, welcoming and assisting visitors, coordinating incoming and outgoing mail, organizing administrative work areas and break areas, and maintaining office equipment and scheduling professional maintenance.
  • Support OBGYN coordinator with OBGYN department scheduling responsibilities, and assist the practice manager with printing, posting, and removing flyers.

Education And Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Attention to detail and accuracy

  • Teamwork; you are open to others' unique perspectives, and will collaborate to meet shared goals
  • Able to read, write and speak the English language. A second language of Spanish preferred.

What We Offer

Compensation: Starting rate $21.00 per hour.
