Full Job Description

We are looking for a competent and experienced Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. We are locally owned and operated home care agency in need of a team player with a can-do attitude, who is goal oriented and positive.

A Staffing Coordinator is responsible for developing and maintaining all assigned clients and personal care assistants/caregiver schedules, with an emphasis on consistency and compatibility, to create quality matches between clients and pcas/caregivers. A Scheduling Coordinator must ensure that clients receive prompt and proper care and pcas/caregivers receive hours that they desire. Additional responsibilities includes answering incoming calls in a friendly manner, updating client’s care plans, updating pca/caregiivers availability, and on-call after hours, as needed.

A Scheduling Coordinator must be an excellent communicator who is able to deliver high quality customer service, able to develop trusting relationships with employees, clients, and clients’ family, and able to problem-solve and multi-task in stressful situations. Experience in the home care industry or staffing/scheduling experience is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 – $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
