We’re a growing, people-first service company looking for a Scheduling Coordinator / Service Dispatcher who thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. This is an opportunity to join a Tree Service company who is in hyper-growth mode!
This role is the heartbeat of operations—you’ll keep schedules running smoothly, clients informed, and teams aligned.
What You’ll Do:
- Own the service schedule—coordinate crews, routes, and timing
- Be the main point of contact for clients post-sale (scheduling, updates, logistics)
- Adjust schedules based on weather, availability, and priorities
- Track job progress and ensure everything is documented accurately
- Support invoicing and basic billing follow-ups
- Help drive client satisfaction and retention through proactive communication
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong organization + ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Clear, professional communication skills
- Experience in scheduling, dispatching, logistics, or admin support (preferred)
- Comfortable with CRM/scheduling tools (SingleOps a plus)
- Team player mindset—you’ll work closely with sales + field teams
