What you will be doing
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Taking inbound and outbound calls across multiple phone queues
– Carrying a caseload and ensuring all related tasks are completed
– Administrative duties
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program with a post-secondary institution. Must be able to work between 8 and 40 hours per week,
depending on the department’s needs.
MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
• Good project management skills
• Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and leadership skills
• Customer service experience an asset
Good analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills to evaluate business problems and apply knowledge to identify
appropriate solutions

• Must be eager to learn, self-motivated, flexible, accountable and can effectively handle multiple tasks at one time
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Knowledge of computers to operative effectively with PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets, and Microsoft Outlook
The successful candidate may have daily contacts with unilingual English-speaking customers, patients or peers from cross-functional teams
