Job Purpose

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

10 Yrs experience in experience within coordination role and experience supporting senior executives a familiarity with technology and IT terminology is a plus.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.

Proven experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in a technology-driven environment.

Ability to multi-task in a dynamic work environment.

In-depth understanding of administrative and office management practices.

Knowledge of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management.

Familiarity with facility management principles and best practices.

Awareness of relevant regulations and industry standards to ensure compliance.

Proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other relevant tools.
