GRHS is seeking candidates for the position of Admin Support 2 / Leave Keeper – Forensic Unit #4 – Day Shift (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.).

FOR THIS TYPE OF EMPLOYMENT, STATE LAW REQUIRES A NATIONAL AND STATE BACKGROUND CHECK AS A CONDITION OF EMPLOYMENT.

This position’s duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

Manage staff timecards and the Kronos timekeeping system for all Department staff.
Maintain Agency staff time sheets and fax them weekly to the Agency and GRHS Nursing Administration.
Maintain personnel and competency files as well as the unit staff Training Roster spreadsheet to ensure Department employees remain current on all training requirements.
Order supplies and maintain reports as needed.
Provide administrative support to the unit manager and Nurse Manager.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications: Preference will be given to candidates who, in addition to meeting the minimum qualifications, demonstrate some or all the following skills/experience:

Two years’ experience in customer service
Excellent Time-Keeping skills
Proficient in Excel Spread Sheet, including creating the spread sheet and using formulas
