An exciting opportunity exists to join Western Australia’s leading media group in the role of Senior Administrator within the Customer Engagement Syndication team.

Key Responsibilities:

Processing of contracts and agreements with retailers and distributors

Syndication admin support, including content licensing, copyright, captioning, phone and email enquiries

Historical research requests and searches of our library archives

Co-managing our pictorial licensing website, Westpix, including daily uploads, editing items, promoting specials and process photo purchasing

Liaising with editorial staff and contributors in regards to content agreements and royalties

Provide general administrative support to the Business Manager when required

Ad hoc accounts assistance for circulation and distribution, including invoice processing

What You’ll Bring:

Strong administrative skills, with at least 3 years’ experience in an administrative or senior customer support role

Being highly organised and efficient, with strong time management skills and proven ability to meet deadlines

Process driven mindset; you enjoy finding innovative ways to improve task efficiencies

Exceptional attention to detail

Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with a wide variety of stakeholders

Proficiency with Microsoft Office
