What You’ll Do

Act as the first point of contact for operational coordination, contract, and vendor control through centralized shared services at AGI.

Process approvals efficiently, including DOA, PO, and GRN task completion.

Track and manage CAPEX budgets at the central head office and branch level.

Identify process and system gaps to standardize approvals and payments, minimizing risks and delays.

Ensure procurement aligns with business needs while adhering to company policies.

Serve as the central point of contact for PR creation and processing.

Prevent vendor payment delays that could disrupt operations.

Collaborate with departments to manage receivables within defined credit periods.

Oversee monthly requirements collection, approvals, and timely vendor supply.

Ensure on-time PO creation and follow up until payment release.

Coordinate with procurement for new vendor enrollment and documentation.

Lead and develop administrative and communication processes.

Serve as the primary contact for IT on D365 customizations for sales, service, and management.

Liaise with internal and external auditors for process compliance and stock counts.

What You’ll Need

Education: Diploma/Degree in any discipline.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a central administrative role, managing multiple departments. Experience in automotive administration and stock management is preferred.

Technical Skills: Strong expertise in back-office operating systems (D365 Annata or other dealer management systems), advanced MS Excel skills.

Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, proactive, strong coordination and communication skills.

Language: Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
