About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a part-time Administrative Assistant. This multifaced role involves a variety of tasks, including light bookkeeping, administrative duties, scheduling and routing. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Administrative Duties:

Answer and direct phone calls
Manage and sort employee workbooks for payroll
Maintain office supplies and equipment
Schedule and route service jobs

Light Bookkeeping:

Data entry and record-keeping
Assist with invoices and accounts payable/receivable
Prepare payroll reports

Routing and Dispatch:

Planning efficient daily routes for service technicians.
Dispatch job information to technicians.
Monitor technician schedules and locations; adjust for urgent needs.
Communicate schedule changes and customer information to technicians.

Qualifications:

Previous office experience, preferably in the service industry.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or other computer programs
Basic bookkeeping knowledge
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week

Schedule:

Monday to Friday
No nights
No weekends
