More About The JobAbout the roleWe are seeking an experienced and proactive individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant to the CEO. The Executive Assistant will play a critical role in providing comprehensive administrative support to our CEO, enabling them to focus on strategic priorities and driving the success of our organization. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

What You’ll Do

Calendar and schedule management

Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments and travel arrangements;

Prioritize and coordinate commitments to optimize the CEO’s time and ensure maximum efficiency.

Communication liaison

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO;

Screen calls, emails and other correspondence, responding or redirecting as appropriate;

Draft and edit correspondence, presentations and reports on behalf of the CEO.

Meeting support

Prepare meeting agendas, materials and presentations, ensuring all necessary information is available in advance;

Attend meetings with the CEO, taking notes, tracking actions and following up on outstanding tasks as required.

Confidentiality and discretion

Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion, maintaining privacy and security at all times;

Safeguard confidential documents and data, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Strategic support

Conduct research, gather data and prepare reports or presentations to support the CEO’s decision-making process and strategic planning efforts;

Anticipate the CEO’s needs and proactively provide support and assistance to drive organizational priorities forward.

Travel coordination

Arrange travel itineraries including flights, accommodations and transportation;

Support

Besides the CEO you will also regularly support the board in general.

Who You Are

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management or related field or equivalent experience;

Proven experience as executive assistant or similar role supporting C-suite executives;

Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands effectively;

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy;

Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software applications;

Ability to maintain professionalism and composure in high-pressure situations, exercising discretion and tact at all times;

Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team;

Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate changing priorities and deadlines.
