Trustpoint.one has partnered with an AmLaw 50 law firm in their search for a skilled and proactive Legal Executive Assistant to support multiple attorneys in our client’s Boston office. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a polished, resourceful professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance legal environment. You’ll play a vital role in helping partners manage their practices and deliver exceptional service to clients.
This is a hybrid role, with a requirement of three in-office days per week.
About the Role
As a Legal Executive Assistant, you won’t just support — you’ll strategize, prioritize, and streamline. Acting as a trusted business partner to 3-5 attorneys, you’ll coordinate key practice activities, manage complex scheduling and communications, and ensure that the right information flows at the right time. You’ll be central to the success of client matters and practice development.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive executive-level support to attorneys, anticipating needs and proactively handling tasks.
Manage high-volume calendars, coordinate meetings and travel, and resolve scheduling conflicts.
Draft, edit, and manage confidential correspondence, presentations, and reports.
Interface regularly with clients, external stakeholders, and internal departments.
Organize and lead logistics for meetings, practice group sessions, and firm initiatives.
Track and delegate work to legal administrative staff while maintaining responsibility for follow-through.
Oversee legal billing processes and collaborate with billing and collections teams; monitor client budgets.
Ensure compliance with the firm’s document and information governance protocols.
Support high-priority projects and deliverables under tight deadlines with professionalism and discretion.
What You Bring
5+ years of experience providing executive-level administrative support in a law firm or professional services setting.
Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a client-service mindset.
Organizational finesse — able to juggle multiple high-stakes priorities and stay on top of deadlines.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Discretion with confidential information and a polished, professional demeanor.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree.
Experience supporting partners in a large law firm or AmLaw 100 environment.
