Our client are looking to appoint a Senior Executive Assistant to support their C-Suite. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment and provide comprehensive support. This will be a hybrid role and boasts an unrivalled benefits package
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact
Extensive and complex calendar and diary management including coordinating schedules and meetings ensuring the calendar and diary are prioritised according to changing demands.
Extensive travel management across various continents including securing visas
Liaise with company travel agent to book travel, hotel and transport and create itineraries.
Provide high level business support to the C-Suite Member, including preparing Board papers, agendas, briefing packs, formatting internal and external communications, presentations, and other documents. Ensure follow-up actions are progressed.
Corporate event management including management of corporate memberships, and conferences coordination including booking meeting rooms, booking hotel rooms, creating trackers as well as customer dinners and logistics during conferences.
Coordinate, attend and take minutes for any relevant meetings as required.
Manage sensitive matters as required with a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
Manage ad hoc projects .
Assist and support of the Team with team events, administrative tasks and adhoc requests.
Prepare and submit monthly credit card expenses.
Experience/Requirements
At least 8 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant at C-Suite level.
Experience working in a financial services sector a distinct advantage.
Demonstrable experience in extensive travel and event management
Demonstrable experience in working with highly sensitive business correspondence, people data and other information with confidentiality and discretion.
Relationship building across all levels of the business and with external contacts, vendors and partners.
Self-motivated with initiative to track and follow through on all queries and issues to successful completion.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, requiring high levels of flexibility and adaptability, and willing to deal with issues outside of regular business hours if required.
Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of area of responsibility.
Skilled at using the full Microsoft Office suite with a focus on creating and editing PowerPoint presentations and financial graphs.
Effective meeting management and coordination.
Highly organised with excellent time management and attention to detail.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Remuneration Package
€75,000 – €90,000 plus market leading benefits package
