Summary:
Temp Works Software, an industry-leader in integrated front and back office software solutions for staffing agencies is seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist.
At Temp Works, the Senior Human Resources Generalist is an assigned HR Business Partner to departments and consults with management at all levels on employee relations and department initiatives, including advising on employee performance and development,
strategic planning
, and problem-resolution strategies. The Senior HR Generalist manages HR projects with varying complexities while ensuring alignment with the companys mission, vision, and values.
The Senior HR Generalist administers employee health, welfare, and 401(k) plans and provides administrative support to the human resources functions.
General Responsibilities:
Consult with assigned business partners on HR functions while ensuring alignment with HR best practices and department/company goals
Train and partner with leaders on supervisory related responsibilities such as performance management
Manage HR projects while ensuring alignment with company goals and initiatives
Implement improvements in and create processes and policies
Navigate complex HR related situations at all levels of the company and contribute to the decision making process
Identify areas of opportunity to improve the employee experience and develop and implement solutions
Seek professional development opportunities in the HR realm and translate new knowledge by making improvements to the business
Monitor HR trends and best practices and ensure employment laws are followed and develop solutions to ensure alignment with the market
Administer and manage health, welfare, and 401(k) plans, including audits, invoices, and open enrollment process
Complete all HR tasks associated with the employee onboarding and offboarding processes while automating processes as applicable
Maintain employee personnel files and process changes through payroll and benefits to ensure accurate record-keeping
Process internal payroll on a biweekly basis
Respond to employee questions while following the service level agreements
Provide administrative support to Human Resources Management Perform other related duties as assigned

Education and Experience:
Bachelors degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience required4+ years of experience in human resources, staffing, recruiting, or related field

Experience managing HR projects and ensuring HR initiatives align with company vision
