Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, mentoring, and support to ensure they are performing at their best
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key dealers, understanding their needs and crafting tailored solutions
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity, and adapt sales plans accordingly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and product development, to support the overall business objectives
- Analyze sales data and provide insights to inform strategic decision-making
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
What we're looking for
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a senior sales or account management role, preferably within the automotive industry
- Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (would be advantage)
