Requirements

Higher diploma or bachelor’s degree holder

Minimum 8 years’ office administration experience in sizable companies

Self-motivated and a good team player

Able to work independently, organized & detail-minded

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Familiar with PC software e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing; CAD knowledge preferred

Occasional work required during weekends or public holidays

Responsibilities

Provide office administration support to the company including purchase of office supplies & furniture, office space planning, etc.

Manage external vendors on service quality and cost administration

Coordinate with internal departments on office space planning and setup

Handle office renovation and removal projects

Compile relevant reports and records
