Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Paralegal located in Liberty, MO. The Senior Paralegal will be responsible for:
Drafting routine correspondence and documents, like demand letters and client updates.
Serving as a point of contact for clients, providing compassionate and professional communication.
Requesting and organizing medical records, bills, and other case-related documents.
Investigating case details and communicating with insurance adjusters to facilitate case resolution.
Confirming and negotiating liens to maximize client recovery.
Maintaining case files, calendars, and schedules.
Assisting with administrative and support tasks to keep the team running smoothly.
Qualifications
5-7 years experience as a paralegal, legal assistant, or in a similar role (personal injury experience preferred).
Stellar organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client-focused approach.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
A team-player mindset with a passion for helping.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and case management software.
