Senior Strategy Analyst- USFF Jobs in Norfolk – Virginia – USA at Worldwide Counter Threat Solutions

Worldwide Counter Threat Solutions (WCTS) is seeking a Senior Strategy Analyst to support the Fleet Strategy and Analysis Division at U.S. Fleet Forces (USFF) HQ in the areas of planning, communications, and congressional analysis as they relate to USFF programs.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:

Executive-level strategic communications planning support, to include execution plans andcommunicationproducts, that enhance USFF’s non-Navy outreach,education, and training activities focused on promoting awareness of USFF and Fleet mission.

Assist in the Co-development of the Commander’s Vision and Guidance (V&G) statements as well as the methodology used to carry out the Commander’ Vision. This includes assisting in planning for the command’s strategic and long-range goals; conducting reviews to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) in command’sstrategic planningand communications processes and products; applying organizationalchange managementmodels in support of implementation of V&G;

and assessing implementation progress and effectiveness of V&G.

Assist with analyzing the metrics, identifying gaps, and developing and implementing recommendations to improve USFFstrategic planningandcommunicationprocesses and products.

Assist with monitoring, reviewing, coordinating, and developing responses to Congressional Requests for Information (RFIs) that are tasked to USFF to ensure message consistency, accuracy, and understandability. Also assist with tracking and analysis of Congressional RFIs (e.g. how many, from whom, how long to answer, etc).

Required Qualifications:

Master’s Degree in Business Administration/Management/Accounting/Finance with a Strategy Specialization or Economics or Public Administration or Strategic Communications.

Three (3)+ years of demonstrated specific experience in advancedcommunicationand support with flag level/general officers and senior executives.

Five (5)+ years of demonstrated experience in the areas of:

Strategic Planningand Communications,

Course of Action (COA) Analysis,

Advanced Data Analytics,

Congressional Analysis,

General Program Support, and

Communicating complex material in various formats to include the use of software programs such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Publisher.
