Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' programming experience in Javascript, Python, Bash Scripting and Powershell Scripting; and Minimum 1 year working on ServiceNow ITSM / CSM platforms is preferred.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban;
  • Knowledge of API management / API development as well as design patterns architectures such as thin clients and microservices;
  • Experience in web development (e.g. HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, AngularJS), Web Services integration (e.g. SOAP, REST, JSON, XML) and Database development (e.g. MySQL, NoSQL and SQLServer);
  • Skills / knowledge in both mobile and web Ul / UX design;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; and solid experience in full SDLC in workflow projects.
  • Familiarity with ITIL framework and experience in ServiceNow administration.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow modules, including CSM, ITSM, and ITAM, is advantageous.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills and willing to learn and pick new skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Job Description:

  • Design, develop, and implement ITSM and CSM solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow applications and modules, including Asset Management, and Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
  • Develop workflows, business rules, and scripts to automate processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Understand infrastructure components and their integration within ServiceNow.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with other tools and systems using APls and web services.
  • Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure the reliability of developed solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications and services.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely support to end-users.
  • Perform routine system maintenance tasks, such as updates, patches, and data integrity checks.
  • Monitor system health and performance, proactively identifying and addressing potential Issues.
  • Collaborate with development and testing teams to ensure successful platform integrations and upgrades.
  • Ensure compliance with ITIL best practices and organizational policies.
  • Document solutions, processes, and changes for knowledge management and training purposes.
  • Stay updated on ServiceNow features and enhancements to leverage new capabilities.
