Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Batam for a Showcase Coordinator at Fidem Jewelry. The Showcase Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the presentation and maintenance of the jewelry showcase to ensure it is visually appealing and aligned with branding guidelines. Responsibilities include organizing product displays, coordinating with the sales and marketing teams, managing inventory levels, and ensuring timely restocking of products. This role also involves providing customer assistance, maintaining showroom cleanliness, and contributing to an exceptional customer experience.
Qualifications
- Display design, visual merchandising, and showroom organization skills
- Experience in inventory management and restocking processes
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of luxury retail or jewelry industry standards is a plus
