Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a polished and highly organized Office & Showroom Administrator to support a premier design-focused showroom workplace in Toronto. This individual will be responsible for maintaining a high-end showroom environment while delivering a best-in-class guest experience.
Responsibilities
On a daily basis, they will ensure the design studio is consistently organized, presentation-ready, and aligned with brand standards by conducting walkthroughs, resetting meeting spaces, and managing overall cleanliness and ambiance. They will act as the first point of contact for all guests, providing a warm, professional welcome, coordinating arrivals with internal stakeholders, and supporting hospitality needs including refreshments during meetings and events.
Additionally, they will manage administrative tasks such as calendar coordination, Salesforce updates, sample and inventory tracking, and supply management. The role also involves supporting event logistics, vendor coordination, and assisting with shipping and receiving to ensure seamless showroom operations.
This is a highly visible, client-facing role ideal for someone who takes pride in presentation, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a keen eye for detail.
Required Skills and Experience
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative, hospitality, or client-facing role
- Strong attention to detail with a passion for maintaining presentation standards
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a polished, professional demeanor
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively identify and resolve issues
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
Nice to Have Skills and Experience
- Experience working in a showroom, design studio, or luxury retail environment
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools
- Experience with event coordination or hospitality services
- Exposure to inventory management or sample tracking systems
