If the answer to any or all of the above is yes, we are looking for an experienced office admin/receptionist to join our team. This position is responsible for managing the reception area of a business by welcoming visitors, assisting customers, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, directing inquiries, maintaining a tidy space, and performing basic administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations; essentially serving as the first point of contact for clients and guests.
Having excellent communication and advanced phone & computer skills is a must. The right candidate will be able to learn from the ground floor and grow within the company.

Some of the daily job duties are but not limited to:
Helps to prepare regular reports
Puts together customer orders
Tracks orders
Maintain and update company databases
Organize files and schedules as needed
Input data entry
Helps to answer phones
Helps greet visitors to the building
Work independently or with a team as needed
Must be Professional in appearance
This is a Monday-Friday in the office position as we do not do any remote work.
