Position: Site Administrator / Document Controller
I am currently recruiting on behalf of my client for an experienced Construction Site Administrator / Document Controller to join their team on a new build school project in Leeds.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a well-established contractor delivering a high-profile education scheme from early stages through to completion.
The Role
You will play a key role in supporting the site team by ensuring all project documentation is accurately managed and controlled in line with company and client procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and maintaining all project documentation
- Controlling drawing registers and issuing latest revisions
- Uploading, tracking and distributing documents via CDE platforms
- Coordinating subcontractor documentation including RAMS, insurances and certifications
- Supporting the site team with reports, meeting minutes and correspondence
- Assisting with O&M manuals and handover documentation
- Providing general site administrative support
About You
- Proven experience as a Construction Site Administrator or Document Controller
- Previous experience working on new build projects
- Strong working knowledge of document control systems / CDE platforms
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a busy site team
