Site Administrator Job in Townsville QLD at Compass Group –
Front desk attendance,
Management of accommodation systems
Travel logistics and all aspects of general office administration.
Airport Operations, and coordination with chartered airlines. Including checking in Passengers.
You will be the first point of contact with our residents, therefore it is imperative that your customer service skills are impeccable.
Assist with Site Onboarding and Training.
Housekeeping coordination and provide reporting.
Experience in site admin positions, with remote sector an advantage
Strong and decisive skills with ability to work under pressure
Experience managing multiple project deadlines with competing priorities
Open drivers’ license required
Travel and accommodation system experience, SAMS, INX, SAP, MS Office is advantageous
