Responsibilities
Providing general support to our Woodridge site staff and leadership by coordinating, planning, and organizing site events and corporate initiatives and providing operational support as listed in primary responsibilities.
Additionally, you will provide basic administrative support to the Site Director.
May provide backup support to higher-level management as needed.
Organized event coordination/planning.
Site picnics, parties, and other events hosted on-site at our factory.
Collaborates/works well with others.
Will support site leadership with setting up meetings in Outlook.
Strong written and verbal skills.
Able to take notes as needed.
Able to create emails and event flyers that can be shared with site employees.
Comfortable working with Microsoft Office products and learning new software programs.
Friendly, easy to work with.
Active, driven to get results.
Willing to stay late periodically to support a site event (maybe once a month, not frequent).
Able to take initial direction and then has the initiative and drive to work on the project and deliver.
