Description
SAIC is seeking an Administrative Assistant for our North Charleston, SC location. This role is 100% on site.
The Administrative Assistant executes routine administrative and clerical tasks, handling both routine and non-routine assignments, including special projects and provide backup support.
Responsibilities encompass diverse activities such as writing, typing, meeting minutes, data entry, badging, and document preparation.
This position requires a high level of attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, strong time management abilities, and adaptability under pressure to meet frequent deadlines, strong research skills, ability to work well within a team and communicate well both orally and written.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED.
Two (2) years of progressive experience in computer systems operations.
One (1) year of practical experience in data entry and formatting via common productivity tools such as the Microsoft Office Suite. Experience may be achieved simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with expert-level abilities.
Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
